Lorna Havercroft

Lorna Havercroft is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ocasa Homes since January 2025, Lorna's prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Dandara from May 2023 to January 2025, and Finance Director at Dandara Living from October 2022 to May 2023. Lorna's experience also encompasses a tenure at Laing O'Rourke as Finance Leader for UK Construction, where responsibilities included commercial finance and statutory compliance. Additional expertise was gained as Financial Controller EMEA for New Balance and as Financial Controller for TUI UK's Call Centres.
