Eileen Lau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and data management within the financial services industry. Eileen began her career at Hong Leong Assurance as an Executive from 2001 to 2003 before transitioning to HSBC, where Eileen held the position of Customer Analytics Manager from 2003 until September 2019. Eileen then served as the Head of Data Analytics at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad from October 2019 to November 2022, and is currently the Head of Analytics at OCBC. Eileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the National University of Malaysia.
