Frances Hui

Frances Hui is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic business management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at 華僑銀行 since September 2022, Frances previously held the role of COO for Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at 星展銀行 from January 2019 to September 2022, and served as Chief Operations Officer at Hang Seng Bank from July 2006 to January 2019. In these roles, Frances managed internal control and risk governance, business and resource planning, credit underwriting and collections, and transformation initiatives, overseeing teams of over 200 and 80 staff members, respectively. Frances holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney and a bachelor's degree from Lingnan University, complemented by earlier experience as a manager at the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
