Grace Wu possesses extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, with a specific focus on digital acquisition and product management. From February 2020 to August 2021, Grace served as the Regional Consumer Banking Digital Acquisition Lead for Citi, overseeing card, loan, and retail product initiatives across 15 markets in APAC and EMEA. Prior to this, Grace held various roles at DBS Bank and HSBC, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Vice President for cards product acquisition. Currently, Grace is an Executive Director at OCBC Bank, managing Digital Ecosystems and later transitioning to Head of Cards Product & Acquisition. Grace holds a Bachelor in Business Management from RMIT University and completed an Executive Education program at the National University of Singapore in 2022.
