Karen Tse

Karen Tse currently serves as Head of HR Business Partner and Resourcing for Retail Banking at OCBC, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Karen held various senior HR roles, including Senior Vice President and Head of Manpower & HR Advisory at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited from March 2019 to June 2023, and Vice President of Business HR at DBS Bank from May 2015 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes HR Generalist positions at Gammon Construction Limited, CITIC Bank International, and HSBC Insurance Brokers, as well as HR Talent Acquisition at The Hong Kong Institute of Education. Karen Tse earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
