Pauline Low is currently serving as Global Treasury and Investment Banking Counsel at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), providing legal support to the Treasury and Derivatives business. Previously, they were Case Counsel at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) from 2017 to 2023, where they administered over 200 cases and enhanced the enforceability of numerous arbitral awards. Before joining SIAC, they practiced as a Legal Associate at Shearn Delamore & Co. after training there, focusing on contentious restructuring and regulatory matters. Pauline graduated from the University of Malaya with an LL.B (Hons.), where they were a top student and participated in international moot court competitions. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, they are multilingual and have diverse interests, including music and gardening.
