Polly Kwan

Polly Kwan is an accomplished HR Business Partner and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in project management. They have held roles at notable organizations such as OCBC, where they currently serve as Vice President Human Resources, and PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China, where they managed HR strategy and transformation projects. Polly's earlier career included positions as a Human Resources Assistant at HSBC and PCCW, as well as internships at Propel International and Catalyst Consulting HK Limited, where they focused on business psychology and talent management. Polly earned a Master of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
