Serene Sim

Serene Sim currently serves as Assistant Vice President at OCBC Bank since September 2022, after a nearly decade-long tenure at Standard Chartered Bank as Executive Assistant from July 2013 to September 2022. Previous professional experiences include roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Hyperion Solutions from 2015 to 2016, Personal Assistant at Dairy Farm Group from December 2012 to May 2013, and Administrator at Sysmex Asia Pacific from 2011 to 2012. Early in her career, Serene Sim worked as a Missionary at Victory Family Church in 1990, where efforts focused on pioneering a new church in Paris. Educational qualifications include a LUMA Certified Practitioner Program in Human-centric Design from LUMA Institute, a Diploma of Education in Mental Health Counseling from ACC Institute of Human Services, GCE 'A' Level in Business/Commerce from Serangoon Gardens Pre-University, and completion of a Real Estate Agency Course from the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
