Alex Chernick

Alex Chernick is a finance and technology professional with extensive experience in risk management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Lead Associate Principal in Third Party Risk Management at OCC since March 2020, Alex previously held the position of FSO Advisory Senior at EY from July 2016 to March 2020. Alex's early career includes an ITLP Internship at GE, where significant contributions included developing SQL queries to automate data processes and enhancing financial reporting tools. Earlier experience also encompasses a Technology Internship at The Phillips Group, where Alex digitized financial records and created databases using Visual Basic for Applications. Additionally, Alex volunteered as a Student Intern with the El Segundo Community Band, mentoring young musicians and fostering teamwork. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2016.
