Andre B.

Andre B. is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at OCC since October 2016, Andre is responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy to support secure markets. Prior to OCC, Andre held various leadership roles at Zurich North America, including AVP and Talent Acquisition Director, where management of a 12-member geographically dispersed team was a key responsibility. Andre's career at Northern Trust spanned 15 years, concluding as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, where the establishment of new functions and strategies for a competitive edge was achieved. Andre's earlier positions at Northern Trust included oversight of talent acquisition operations in the Asia-Pacific region and leading teams across multiple locations. Andre holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
