Anne Joves

Anne Joves is a seasoned financial markets counsel currently serving as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at The Options Clearing Corporation since 2025. From 2018 to 2024, Anne held the position of Associate General Counsel at the National Futures Association, and previously worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Special Counsel in the Office of Clearance and Settlement from 2013 to 2014. Anne also served as Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from 2008 to 2013 and held the role of Senior Director, Associate General Counsel for Technology and Operations at CME Group from 2014 to 2018. Anne is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Rhetoric as well as Philosophy from Binghamton University and a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School.
