Caroline Cunningham

Caroline Cunningham is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently, as the Director of Talent Management at OCC since 2018, Caroline provides comprehensive HR support across various levels, serving as the primary HR Business Partner for technology, operations, and security services. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at The Freeman Company, where leadership was provided to Regional HR Managers across multiple functions, and various roles at HSBC, including Human Resources Relationship Manager and HR Director in the Auto Finance division. Caroline's career started in the late 1980s, encompassing positions at JPMorgan Chase, Ryder System, First American Corp., Deposit Guaranty Corp., and McCormick, with responsibilities ranging from employee relations to strategic HR management. Caroline holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Louisiana Tech University.
