Celine McGuire

Celine McGuire currently serves as the Executive Director of Operational Risk Management at OCC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Celine held the position of Senior Business Manager for Investment Advisory at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management from April 2022 to May 2023. Celine's extensive experience in operational risk is further demonstrated through previous roles at JPMorgan Chase as Executive Director of Operational Risk & Controls from March 2017 to April 2022, and as Director and Head of Operational Risk & Controls at ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC from April 2013 to March 2017. Celine began the career as the Director of Operational Risk at Societe Generale Securities Services from September 2009 to March 2013. Celine holds a Masters of Business Administration from Dominican University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
