Colleen Gallagher

Colleen Gallagher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations GRC at OCC since May 2019, Colleen has previously held roles including Associate Principal in Enterprise Risk Management and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Internal Auditor at Donnelley Financial Solutions, where Colleen led audits of SOX and application controls to ensure effectiveness. Colleen also served as Audit Supervisor at the Franchise Tax Board, managing a team of auditors and reviewing significant audit adjustments, as well as conducting corporate tax audits. Colleen began her career with roles such as Accounting Intern at MSDSonline and Internal Audit Intern at Exelon. Colleen holds an MBA in Financial Fraud from Saint Xavier University and a BS in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
