Daniel Fernandes

Daniel Fernandes currently serves as a Principal and Associate Principal of IT Business Management at OCC, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel accumulated extensive experience at CME Group from July 2012 to August 2021, where responsibilities included Lead IT Portfolio Manager, Lead IT Cost Optimization Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and IT Portfolio Manager, managing a detailed portfolio of over 300 IT resources and consolidating portfolios across multiple development departments. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Advanced Resources focusing on budget management and performance metrics for development teams, as well as a brief tenure as a Trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. Daniel holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Benedictine University.
