Declan Cooper is currently the Associate Principal of Business Engineering & Strategy at OCC, specializing in business analytics, process reengineering, and automation. They previously held various roles, including Assistant VP of Compute Governance at Wells Fargo, where they re-architected manual processes into automation flows and coordinated stakeholder meetings for business systems documentation. With a strong background in project management and process analysis across multiple industries, Declan has contributed to the development of automated systems and optimized workflows in organizations like Pfizer, Seagen, and MIICRO, INC. They were also a co-founder and Vice President of Technology at INSIGHT SCIENCES, LLC, and hold extensive experience in consulting and technical advisor roles. Declan's education includes a tenure as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago, where they co-developed a database solution for integrating imaging data.
