Elma Johnson is an experienced executive in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Organizational Development at OCC since October 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of HR/Talent Development at Harris Associates from February 2019 to October 2022, and various positions at OCC from March 2016 to January 2019, including Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Talent Development Manager. Elma also held the position of Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Nord Anglia Education following its acquisition of Meritas, LLC, and was the Director of Operations for the Midwest Region at the College Board from July 2011 to June 2014. Elma holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
