Fatima S. currently serves as Associate Principal of Talent Management at OCC since December 2018, where responsibilities include providing guidance to over 800 employees on HR processes, managing annual performance assessments, coordinating immigration matters, and overseeing employee events and charitable initiatives. Previously, Fatima held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Addison Group from April 2017 to December 2018, managing compliance programs, conducting HR training, and assisting with employee transitions during acquisitions. Fatima holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French from Loyola University Chicago, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Lane Tech College Prep High School.
