James Walsh possesses extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Associate at OCC since March 2022, James previously held positions at Chase from March 2017 to March 2022, including Lead Associate Operations and Associate Banker. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and an Associate's degree in Information Systems and Networking, both from DeVry University, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Moraine Valley Community College.
