Lani Balch is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, currently employed at OCC since May 2019. Lani previously held positions at Catalyte and Trustwave, contributing to client projects and developing applications primarily using Python and Java technologies. Prior to these roles, Lani worked in various software development capacities at Peapod and Allstate Insurance, alongside internships at Backstop Solutions Group and Cerner Corporation. Lani holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
