Layla O'Donnell

Layla O'Donnell serves as the Executive Director of Technology Portfolio Management & Delivery at the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) since January 2023, leading efforts at the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. Previously, Layla held the position of Vice President at Thoughtium from February 2021 to December 2022, where focus was placed on transforming strategic experiences for clients in management consulting. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of IT Portfolio Management at CME Group from August 2002 to February 2021, where leadership was provided for the Portfolio Management function across IT Development, and a tenure as Manager of IT Vendor Management and Financial Controls at Advanced Resources Group, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Layla began a career in staffing consulting and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Illinois State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
