Lisa Graham

Lisa Graham is an experienced professional in vendor management and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Vendor Management at The Options Clearing Corporation since April 2025. With a robust background that includes a role as Global Vendor Manager at RJ O'Brien & Associates, Lisa developed and implemented effective policies and procedures for global vendor management. Prior experience includes significant positions at Northern Trust Corporation as Vice President of Supplier Relationship Management and 2nd VP of Global Procurement, where Lisa played a key role in developing supplier relationship best practices and managing vendor contracts. Earlier in Lisa's career, positions included IT Consultant at MF Global, where Lisa focused on third-party negotiations and compliance, and roles in telecommunications and market data services at First Options of Chicago and Lehman Brothers. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Governors State University.
