Currently serving as Lead Associate Principal at OCC since July 2019, Luis oversees the operation and maintenance of data center facilities, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. Previously, Luis held positions at Milestone Technologies, Digital Realty, and Creative Artists Agency, demonstrating expertise in service delivery, operational support, and technical management. With a foundational education in Computer Networks and Information Technology from Heald College and Universidad Espíritu Santo, respectively, Luis is well-equipped to manage complex data center environments effectively.
