Matthew Hull

Matthew Hull is a technology professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and end-user support. Currently serving as Associate Principal of Desktop Engineering and End User Experience at OCC, Matthew has progressed through several roles since joining in April 2019, including Desktop Engineer and Senior Associate in Technology Operations. Prior experience includes desktop support at TEKsystems and a helpdesk internship at OCC, where Matthew handled various technical issues, created user documentation, and collaborated with multiple IT departments. Previous volunteer work at World Computer Exchange involved providing computers for educational purposes in Latin America. Additionally, Matthew has a background in the hospitality industry as a Kitchen Supervisor and possesses strong management skills from serving as Assistant Director at Vincennes University. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and an Associate's degree in Business Management.
