Nancy Bugajski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT planning and analytics, currently serving as the Director of IT Planning & Analytics at OCC since September 2017. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at CME Group for over eight years, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Corporate Development Analyst focused on the IP and Market Data business segment, in addition to managing Technology Business Management and transforming a $360 million General Ledger into practical Service Lines. Nancy's earlier career includes roles as an English Lector at Universidad de Castilla La Mancha and a Language and Culture Assistant for the Ministerio de Educación in España. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Economics, as well as participation in the Doing Business in Brazil Program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an Honors BA in International Studies from the University of Chicago.
