Raquel K. Smith

Raquel K. Smith, PMP, SSM, CSP-SM, is an experienced professional in IT governance and project management. Currently serving as Associate Principal IT Governance in Scrum/Agile Delivery at OCC since October 2016, Raquel has also held roles as Senior Associate IT Governance and Strategic Sourcing Project Manager, where responsibilities included executing purchasing transactions and aligning purchases with the firm’s strategic goals. Prior experience at Summit Group, LLC (February 2012 - October 2016) involved leading program management efforts for multiple projects with yearly sales volumes between $15K and $2M, focusing on digital customer loyalty and incentive programs. Raquel holds a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Organizational/Corporate Communications and Journalism from Northern Illinois University.
