Rick Fath

Rick Fath currently serves as the Executive Director of Cloud Engineering at OCC, where responsibilities center around leading the strategic Renaissance Program to transition OCC to the AWS cloud, with a focus on cloud strategy, containerization, cloud governance, and automation. Prior to OCC, Rick Fath held multiple roles at CME Group from 2011 to 2023, advancing from Senior Director of Data Engineering to Senior Director Core Data Platforms, where oversight included enterprise data solutions and governance. At CME Group, Rick Fath was also responsible for strategic cloud architecture, driving cloud service adoption and operational efficiency. Earlier in Rick Fath's career, positions included Application Development Manager at CNA Insurance and various development roles at CNA and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, with a foundational education in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
