Roma Colwell

Roma Colwell has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Associate Principal for Investor Education at OCC since March 2021. Prior to this role, Roma held multiple positions at CBOE from December 2013 to January 2023, including Option Institute Program Administrator and Market Regulator Investigator, as well as serving as a Stock and Futures Option Trader. Roma was previously the Senior Manager of Content and Education at See Jane Change the World from June 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Roma worked as a Derivatives Trader at Gbar and as a Trader at Group One Trading, LP from 1989 to 2003. Roma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, obtained from 1981 to 1984.
