Scott Martyn

Scott Martyn, CPA, currently serves as the Deputy CFO and Controller at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) since September 2025. Prior to OCC, Scott held multiple leadership positions at Apex Fintech Solutions, where the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Head of FP&A was undertaken from February 2021 to September 2025. Experience at Citadel included serving as a Consultant for Technology Governance & Implementation in 2020 and Vice President of Finance from July 2017 to February 2020, focusing on strategic initiatives in finance. Scott's extensive background at UBS from 2004 to 2017 involved roles such as Americas Deputy CFO at UBS Asset Management and Finance Business Partner for UBS Global Investment Solutions, overseeing substantial assets under management and operational income. Earlier career experience included positions at PwC and an internship at Motorola Mobility. Scott Martyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and International Studies from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and completed a study abroad program in International Business at ITESM.
