Sharmin began their career at Citibank Bangladesh in various management positions and later advanced to PwC as a Senior Associate in Data and Analytics. They hold an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
