Sonya Caffrey

Sonya Caffrey serves as the Executive Director at OCC since November 2015, overseeing shared services across the development and testing community to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Sonya held various leadership positions at CME Group from February 2002 to November 2014, including Director of User Experience and Information Architecture, Director of Digital Design and Collaboration, and Manager of the Interaction Design Team. Earlier career experiences include serving as Site Acquisition Manager at FMHC Corporation and Project Manager at SBA Network Services, as well as roles at Fluor Daniel as a Database Administrator and at Future Trends Inc as Office Manager. Sonya earned a BSc in Business and Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin between 1998 and 2001.
