Stephen Newman, M.A., is currently a Principal in HR Analytics & HRIS at The Options Clearing Corporation. They are a passionate I-O psychologist and PhD candidate at Roosevelt University, focusing on data-driven insights for business decisions. Previously, Stephen has contributed to various organizations, including United Airlines as an intern in Employee Experience, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a People Analytics Consultant. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University, where they achieved Magna Cum Laude honors.
