Ty Wheeler

Ty Wheeler is an experienced professional in IT asset management and service management, currently serving as Lead Associate Principal of Productivity Enablement at OCC since June 2018. In this role, Ty oversees the daily operations of IT Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Service Requests, while also documenting business requirements and improving processes. Prior to OCC, Ty worked at Brinker International for over a decade, holding various positions including Process Owner for Service Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT asset processes and integrating ServiceNow. Ty also has a background as a Senior IT Analyst focusing on asset management and implementing the CMDB in ServiceNow, as well as previous roles in desktop support and technical assistance. Ty holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
