Zainab H. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and transactional law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at OCC since August 2018, Zainab previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Accenture, where the focus was on supporting commercial contracts for financial services and resources clients. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Acquity Group, where Zainab managed a Business Immigration caseload, and Project Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery. Zainab’s legal career began at GJ&P Enterprises as Legal Counsel and included a position as Staff Attorney at the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Zainab holds a degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and the University of Illinois Chicago.
