Michael Coen

Michael Coen has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 2000 as a quant for a company whose name is confidential. Michael then went on to become an Assistant Professor at The University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. In 2006, they were a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of QB Analytics, where they worked on machine learning and mathematical modeling on agricultural data. In 2019, they joined HealthMyne, Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist, leading the development of mathematical and deep learning models. In 2021, they became a Technical Advisor to the Head of Product and Engineering at Lumen Energy. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Machine Learning at OccamzRazor in 2022.

Michael Coen obtained their Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006. Michael also holds an S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and an S.B. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
