Sıla SÜEL BOZKURT is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of quality assurance, project management, and education. As the Founder of HG Eğitim Danışmanlık since September 2022, Sıla also serves as the Design Assurance and Quality Coordinator at OCCAR from September 2018, and holds the position of Leader Certification Engineer at STM since February 2007. Notably, Sıla has expertise as an Airworthiness Certification Consultant and Trainer, alongside a history of significant roles in quality assurance for projects such as the Atak-T129 Helicopter and various modernization initiatives. Educational credentials include a degree from Middle East Technical University and further studies at Bilkent University, complemented by a strong foundation from İzmir Amerikan Koleji.

The Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en matière d'ARmement was established by an Administrative Arrangement on 12th November 1996 by the Defence Ministers of France, Germany, Italy and the UK. Its aim is to provide more effective and efficient arrangements for the management of certain existing and future collaborative armament programmes.
