Dawson Kirtley is a Project Engineer at OCCI since June 2022, having previously served as a Surveying Teaching Assistant at the Missouri S&T Civil Engineering Department from August 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included delivering weekly lectures and instructing students on surveying equipment usage. Dawson also has experience as a Project Engineer Intern at Massman Construction Co. during the summer of 2021, where key tasks involved performing quantity takeoffs, calculating structural weights for lift plans, and maintaining daily construction records. Dawson holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2022.

OCCI's depth as a general contractor is further enhanced with in-house steel fabrication. Missouri Fabricators as a division of OCCI, Inc. is AISC certified for major bridges and is fracture critical/sophisticated paint endorsed. This asset of the OCCI family affords us the ability to fabricate all structural components for a project and be guaranteed of delivery to meet our demanding schedules.
