Asya Cook

Asya Cook, M.A. is an experienced higher education professional with a focus on residential education and housing services. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Residential Education and Housing Services at Occidental College since April 2022, Asya previously held positions as a Resident Director at the University of California, Los Angeles from August 2018 to May 2022, and a Community Director at North Caro from June 2017 to August 2018. Asya's extensive responsibilities include overseeing residence hall operations, training and supervising student staff, managing crisis response efforts, and implementing significant renovation projects.
