Isaiah J. Thomas

Isaiah J. Thomas, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students at Occidental College, where leadership is provided for several departments, including Residential Education and Housing Services and the Office of Student Conduct. In addition, Isaiah is an Adjunct Professor in Counseling Education at California Lutheran University and a Board Trustee for the High Mountain Institute. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Residential Communities at Swarthmore College, Assistant Director of Student Affairs at Penn State University Berks Campus, and Resident Director for Semester At Sea. Isaiah's educational background includes a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College.
