Al Collins is an experienced professional in the fields of public policy, regulatory affairs, and environmental safety. Collins' career spans several positions at Occidental Petroleum Corporation, including Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, Vice President of Health Environment & Safety Regulatory Affairs, and currently serving as Vice President of Public Policy and External Engagement. Additionally, Collins held the role of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at National Environmental Strategies and worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from North Carolina State University.
