Ali al Khabouri

Ali Al Khabouri currently serves as the VP of Programs Development at Oman Vision 2040 since January 2024 and is also the President of the Oman Project Management Chapter, a not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing project management knowledge in Oman. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Matrix Oman, Ali has been involved in project management consultancy since January 2021. Additionally, Ali has held the position of Manager of Major IT Projects and Planning at Occidental of Oman since November 2005, where responsibilities include managing large IT projects, and previously served in various roles managing software development and technical support teams. Prior experience includes founding Aspirant Projects, a project management consulting and training firm, and managerial roles at BankDhofar and Oman International Bank. Ali holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Wollongong and a diploma in Computer Science from Oman Technical & Industrial College.
