Jennafer Watson

Jennafer Watson serves as the Director of Ethics & Compliance and Assistant General Counsel at Oxy since October 2014, overseeing the global ethics and anti-corruption compliance program for oil and gas exploration and production, as well as chemical manufacturing operations. Prior to Oxy, Jennafer held various roles related to ethics and compliance at Layne Christensen Company from March 2011 to September 2014, where Jennafer designed and implemented anti-corruption programs across several regions. Earlier experience includes work as an attorney at Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft and Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where Jennafer represented clients in white collar criminal and regulatory matters, and managed asbestos litigation, respectively. Jennafer holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University.
