Joanna Marks

Joanna Marks is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources systems and data administration. Since July 2011, Joanna has held various roles at Occidental Petroleum Corporation, including HR Systems Consultant, HR Data Administration Supervisor, Senior HR Systems Analyst, HR Analyst - Recruiting System Administrator, and Human Resources Associate. Prior to Oxy, Joanna worked as a Regional Administrative Assistant at Robert Half International from October 2000 to July 2011. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
