Karen Lippe

Karen Lippe serves as the ESG Controller at Oxy since March 2009, overseeing various accounting functions within the Corporate Segment, including stock-based compensation and benefit plan accounting. Previously, Karen held the position of Director, Corporate and Benefits Accounting, and accounted for the Midcontinent Business Unit as Controller, managing financial reporting and collaborating with operational teams. Before joining Oxy, Karen worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory, focusing on external audits for clients in the oil and gas sector. Karen holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University, completed in 2001.
