Nicole Clark

Nicole Clark serves as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Oxy since 2014. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Shale-Inland from 2012 to 2014. Nicole's legal career began as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 1996 to 2000, followed by a partnership at Vinson and Elkins from 2000 to 2012. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, completed in 1991.
