Sebastian Millan is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Drilling and Completion Director at Oxy since February 2011. Prior to Oxy, Sebastian worked at Schlumberger from June 2002 to February 2011, advancing through positions such as Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Engineer.
