Stephen Borcik

Stephen Borcik is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Oxy with expertise in waterflood and CO2 flood operations and development since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Hess Corporation, where Stephen served as a Reliability Engineer, significantly reducing the sucker rod failure rate, and Operations Engineer, managing numerous water injectors and producers. Stephen began at Hess in an Engineering Development Program, gaining insights into various business practices. Previously, Stephen worked as a Completion and Production Intern at Concho. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, completed in 2013.
