Trent Skinner has extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within Oxy, having held multiple progressive roles from Maintenance Reliability Engineer to Maintenance Manager since January 2018. Previous roles include internships focused on reliability engineering, where Trent evaluated equipment failures, created installation packages, and implemented cost-saving process changes. A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned from Texas A&M University in 2017, complementing a robust background that includes creating engineering drawings at The Greenbrier Companies. Trent has consistently contributed to enhancing equipment performance and operational efficiency in the industrial sector.
