Will Caillouet, MBA, has extensive experience in safety and operations management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as SEMS Advisor at Oxy since June 2024, Will previously held the position of SEMS Coordinator at CCL Global from March 2021 to June 2024. Prior roles include Environment Health Safety Lead at Pharma-Safe Industrial Services, Inc., and Account Manager at Danos, where Will managed a large team and oversaw operational budgets and safety programs. Additional experience includes various safety and operations roles at reputable companies such as Crosby Energy Services and Black Elk Energy, with a focus on compliance, training, and incident management. Will holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
