Helena Levander

Helena Levander is an experienced board professional with a strong background in corporate governance, finance, banking, and asset management. They served as a board member for numerous organizations, including Concordia Maritime and NeuroVive Pharmaceuticals, from 2004 to 2022. Currently, Helena holds active board positions at Occlutech, Cinclus Pharma Holding AB, Stendörren Fastigheter AB, and Factoringgruppen, among others. They have also contributed to the financial sector as Chief Investment Officer at Odin Forvaltning AS and previously held leadership roles at NEF, Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS and Nordic Investor Services AB. Helena earned a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed a management program focused on banking and the financial industry at INSEAD.
